This year, on Saturday, June 8, 2024, Insight Pregnancy Services will host the 1st annual Walk n’ Waddle! The Walk n’ Waddle is a simple way for people of all ages to get involved by actively demonstrating support for the value of human life – and a desire to make a difference in the lives of women, men, and children in our community. By raising funds and walking yourself or sponsoring another walker for the walk portion of the event, you are helping the ministry of Insight Pregnancy Services advance our mission to cultivate a community that values life through the love of Christ!

Participating walkers will walk a one-mile loop around downtown Fremont, starting and ending at Veteran’s Memorial Park. Upon completion of the Walk, there will be a short Watermelon Waddle obstacle course. Local pastors or church elders will work through this course with a watermelon strapped to their bellies as they compete in a fun series of obstacles that simulate the daily life of our pregnant mamas! The winning pastor of the Watermelon Waddle will be awarded a large trophy to bring back to their church!

After all the laughs, we will enjoy a family-style picnic and fellowship as we listen to live music played by our local worship band, the VZs, in the amphitheater! As people wrap up lunch, we will give prizes to those who raise the most funds for Insight Pregnancy Services!

Registration opens in April 2024, and check-in on the day of will start at 9:00 am on June 8, 2024.
